Object: The Historic Center of Roşia Montană - Cultural Heritage Management Plan

During December 2005 / April 2006 our company, S.C. OPUS - Atelier de arhitectură S.R.L. / OPUS Architecture Studio Ltd (OPUS), wrote the "Cultural Heritage Management Plan for the Historic Centre of the Village of Roşia Montană" - at the request of the National History Museum (under contract with S.C. Roșia Montană Gold Corporation)

This document was not used in the whole, but it was partially reproduced, interpolated in a document that addresses the whole cultural heritage of the site of Roşia Montană, and not just the Historic Center.
We wish to emphasize that our professional opinions, formulated in our study, cannot be disjointed, neither in form nor in content, without radically distorting the conclusions.
Consequently we, at OPUS, will not endorse the ideas regarding the management of the cultural heritage of the site of Roşia Montană as they are presented in the "Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Roşia Montană Mining Project" submitted by Roșia Montană Gold Corporation for permitting to the Ministry of the Environment and Water Management.
